Unspoken Mothers
Cafe
Join us monthly at our Cafe in the Caroline YMCA. The Unspoken Mothers Cafe is a dedicated pop-up space currently located at the YMCA in Caroline. Designed to resemble a market environment, the cafe serves as a safe space for new mamas and parents in general to gather, support one another, and raise awareness for maternal mental health. It is a place where you can come to mingle with other parents who understand your journey, or simply find a quiet corner to take a much-needed breather.
Next Event July 17th
Our July Unspoken Mothers Cafe is happening on July 17, and we’d love to have you join us! This month’s Cafe event is Mom Bingo, a time to take a break, meet other moms, and enjoy a fun morning together while your children are cared for and playing in the Kids Club during Cafe hours. Whether you’ve been to an Unspoken Mothers Cafe before or this will be your first time, we hope you’ll come spend the morning with us. Building community with other moms is what these events are all about! We’ll be meeting at the Caroline YMCA from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
The cafe is a vital part of the Unspoken Mothers 501C3 nonprofit organization, founded to make sure that no parent feels "crazy" or isolated by postpartum experiences. By providing a physical space for connection, we aim to raise awareness and offer resources to those who might be struggling. While we are currently focused on the Caroline area, our vision for the future includes expanding the Unspoken Mothers Cafe pop-up to other YMCAs and diverse community spaces to support even more families.
